Effective Learning for the Dentist

“Orthotic Bite Comfort"

Since most dentists who do large-case, rehabilitation dentistry are looking for a specific, step-by-step solution to make sure the final result will be comfortable for the patient, it makes sense to look at this issue dispassionately and plan a way to help them, rather than pulling out your hair and running for the nearest exit when you see them on the schedule.

This will be a workshop centered around the experiences of Dr. Mac Lee in creating an easy and reliable way to find a comfortable bite position for the creation of orthotics.  And... a way to open the bite for a rehabilitation.

Mac had been telling me how much fun he was having in solving pain issues with his TMD patients, coming from all over the area, using his combination of Tekscan,  Neuromuscular Dentistry and some South Texas cheapskate ways of helping people. (He has trademarked the "South Texas Cheapskate" meme, by the way! :)

After listening to him, I realized that many of the methods I have tried are somewhat arbitrary. Therefore, I want to gather some good dental friends together and have Mac lead a sort of Mastermind Group.

This is a special invitation meeting for dentists only.  I'm sorry not to include wives and team members for this one, but since it will be held in my office, there is absolutely no extra room.  Of course, spouses are welcome to come and enjoy a glass of wine with us on Thursday evening and dinner on Friday evening.

Dates

The meeting will be on Friday and Saturday, March 25-26, 2022.  We will begin both mornings at 8:00. Friday will go to about 4:30 and Saturday will be over about noon.
